Tate Weaver
Founder, Executive Director
Based in Portland, Oregon,
Tate Weaver is the 26-year-old Executive Director and Founder of S.E.E. Difference. He's got a fiery passion to do good for those less fortunate than himself. He officially founded the organization in May of 2019, but prior to that, he ran independent, self-funded operations for two years. In 2017, Tate visited an impoverished rural community known as "Batey Baraguana" in the Dominican Republic. This served as the catalyst in his pursuit to create lasting change by focusing on Shelter, Education, and the Environment. Thus, S.E.E. Difference was born."
Gabriela Desousa
Secretary / Recording Officer
Gabriela serves as the Secretary, bringing a wealth of experience in administrative and organizational roles. A co-founder and administrator of her church, Gabriela excels in managing operations and ensuring smooth communication. Originally from Texas, this talented 25-year-old is passionate about using her skills to further the nonprofit’s mission.

Lead Videographer
Constantin's radiant, positive energy instantly landed him a spot on our team! He brings a unique, global perspective to the table being that he speaks English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, and has lived in three different countries. Together with Constantin's expertise, we believe our future documentaries have the capacity to touch the hearts of millions.
Mark Manzo
Outreach Coordinator
Mark heads outreach initiatives for SEE Difference, where he excels at building connections and engaging with the community. Hailing from the PNW, Mark’s friendly, vibrant personality and strong communication skills make him a natural at fostering relationships and raising awareness for the organization’s initiatives. At 24 years old, he brings a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for helping those in need. Mark is dedicated to supporting SEE Difference's mission through outreach efforts that inspire collaboration and action.
